From the first meeting to farewelling my mum in the most beautiful way, Rosebud funerals and all their staff were so caring, genuine, personalised and so attentive to all our desires and needs. What could easily be and is- a sad day, the team made my mums day a true celebration of life, leaving us all with a warm gentle happy feeling knowing the day was so perfect. Catherine was our funeral arranger and took care of us like you wouldn’t believe. On the day every time someone handed me something, the beautiful Catherine was there to help me get it and put it in a box for after, she kept making sure I had water and food after the service and checked on everyone regularly. She was like the mum of the day making sure everyone was ok Catherine was kind and gentle in the decision process which can be difficult with grieving family. Catherine worked to ensure everything was just as the family wanted. Our farewell to our much loved husband, father, father in law, brother, grandfather was very special.

Rosebud Funerals were excellent to work with planning my mother’s funeral. Catherine looked after us and she was a delight. My mother had prepaid her funeral whilst living in Rosebud but had moved to Melbourne 5 years ago. This was not a problem they worked easily with the fact that the funeral took place in Melbourne.
