From the evening I rang 19.11.24 I spoke to Judy . Judy took control as I wasn’t aware of procedure in a hospital and wanted body removed asap. Judy took control explained the situation and what they could do for us. Judy was amazing . Next day Heidi called to explain all the prices procedures etc excellent customer service.
