From the very beginning, when we first met with Catherine for the pre-planning, it was clear that Rosebud Funerals was so much more than a funeral service. We never felt like we were just another transaction. The genuine care, compassion and personal approach you showed our family stood out from the very beginning.

We were fortunate enough to have dealings with so many members of the Rosebud Funerals team, and every single person we encountered was genuine, supportive and compassionate. It was clear that everyone took great pride in what they do and genuinely cared about our family and, most importantly, Nan.

A special thank you to Trudi for taking the time to have me assist with getting Nan ready. That was a very special moment for me, and one I will never forget. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be involved in such a personal part of saying goodbye.

From the first meeting to farewelling my mum in the most beautiful way, Rosebud funerals and all their staff were so caring, genuine, personalised and so attentive to all our desires and needs. What could easily be and is- a sad day, the team made my mums day a true celebration of life, leaving us all with a warm gentle happy feeling knowing the day was so perfect. Catherine was our funeral arranger and took care of us like you wouldn’t believe. On the day every time someone handed me something, the beautiful Catherine was there to help me get it and put it in a box for after, she kept making sure I had water and food after the service and checked on everyone regularly. She was like the mum of the day making sure everyone was ok Catherine was kind and gentle in the decision process which can be difficult with grieving family.
