Rosebud funerals gave my mum a beautiful service. Heidi and staff were such beautiful people made a difficult time so much easier. The celebrant Narelle did such an amazing service. From the evening I rang 19.11.24 I spoke to Judy . Judy took control as I wasn’t aware of procedure in a hospital and wanted body removed asap. Judy took control explained the situation and what they could do for us. Judy was amazing . Next day Heidi called to explain all the prices procedures etc excellent customer service. I cannot say enough if the service I received from my first phone call to the funeral today . Dignity, class and proactive procedure. I cannot say enough about the way the staff services were executed nothing but absolute professional . Thankyou Judy and Heidi you are both a credit to Rosebud funerals . When our father passed away recently I contacted two funeral companies in Rosebud on a Saturday. One answered immediately and arranged to meet us at their facility. The other did not respond.
